I know everyone is in a hurry with Christmas shopping, so I'm doing my best to send all the orders with next morining post pick up!
I am also sending a free wooden "Gingerbread man" pocket hug (you can find him in my listings) with every order over £10.
If you're buying a gift, I can send your order directly to a gift recepient with a small note on a gift tag. In this case the invoice wiil be sent via email. Please specify note text in the "Note to seller" box at the check out.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Ornaments come with a wooden box that can be used for storing them until next Festive season or for any other non-edible Festive trinkets.
These ornaments are designed by me (by drawing on a tablet), then cut with a laser engraver, stained, varnished and painted over. The box is also assembled and painted by me.
Item dimensions: Hearts approx 6.7cm x 4.7cm each. Box: approx 12cm in diameter, 3.5cm height.
Will be shipped in a small box (doesn't fit through a letterbox) witha Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. I am sending a free pocket hug as a "thank you" as well.
