I know everyone is in a hurry with Christmas shopping, so I'm doing my best to send all the orders with next morining post pick up!
I am also sending a free wooden "Gingerbread man" pocket hug (you can find him in my listings) with every order over £10.
If you're buying a gift, I can send your order directly to a gift recepient with a small note on a gift tag. In this case the invoice wiil be sent via email. Please specify note text in the "Note to seller" box at the check out.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Item deimensions:The Card: 9cm x 9.5cm. The Pocket hug (each): approx 3.5cm x 3.5cm
I designed the item by drawing by hand on my tablet, then cut the wood using a laser engraver and stained and varnished the wood afterwards.
Pocket Hug will be sent in a small box that fits through a letterbox. Postage is Royal Mail 2nd class.
