I was drawn to paint this scene by the lovely old weather-beaten door surrounded by old richly-coloured stonework that is full of character. The spray of bright flowers in the foreground provided a nice contrast between the old and the new, the bright and the faded.

Full description
A signed fine art print of an original oil painting of a weather-beaten door somewhere in Tuscany. In the foreground a spray of bright flowers bursts from a window box. They seem to be reaching out for the sun, while the door sits half in shadow, as if retreating from the searing heat of the day.
Signed 12" x 10" (30cm x 25cm) Fine Art Print.
Provided in a biodegradable cellophane wrap with backing board and a signed certificate of authenticity.
Candle not included.
