Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

- Vouchers can be used toward any item in my Folksy shop, whether ready-made or made-to-order.
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Can be used as full or partial payment toward higher-value items.
Please Note:
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- To redeem, the recipient must contact me directly with their chosen items via the ‘Contact Seller’ option or the email provided on the voucher.
Customised and Convenient:
- Each voucher is emailed to the purchaser, ready to be printed or forwarded to the recipient.
- This is not an automatic service – vouchers are sent by the next working day (if not sooner).
