I find Clair Garland’s patterns truly inspiring and one of my favourites is the little fox doll! Love the expression on her little face and she really is a joy to knit!

Full description
Using the original Dot Pebbles pattern, this Fox Doll has been hand knitted by myself using beautifully soft Alpaca and silk yarns.
She is wearing an ivory coloured sweater with an embroidered fox on the front knitted in baby alpaca yarn. She has some cozy brown felt trousers and a pair of pu leather sandals in a lovely soft shade of pink!
I’ve used blasting safety eyes which I’ve stitched into place and florist wire has been inserted in the body, head and limbs to make her posable.
The whiskers are made from horsehair.
She stands approximately 14cm tall. (Around 5.5 inches).
As you may notice, she has a little pet mouse! This has been an accidental pairing, which seems to have worked quite well. Although, it looks as though little mouse is proving to be quite a handful!
Please note that due to small parts and wire she is not suitable for very young children or pets. She is NOT classed as a toy but as a decorative item.
I am now posting worldwide and use recycled or recyclable packaging. I use a tracked shipping service, usually Royal Mail.
