Full description
Triple spiral porcelain brooch, or Triskele, hand painted and no two the same. High fired with a clear glaze and a secure brooch pin with a safety catch to keep it secure. This Triskelion charm goes back all the way to the Neolithic and was found carved into stones at Newgrange in Ireland. It was later much used by Celtic peoples in their decoration, including in their jewellery. All of mine are rainbow coloured, but with the starting point changing, making no two the same.
I post these in recyclable cardboard boxes and each brooch is cushioned with recycled paper.
