I love all the mustelid family, with badgers being the closest to my heart, but my next favourite is the Otter. I have been wearing this Otter design as a brooch for several months, and I love it just as much now as when I first put it on. The shape of this swimming otter is really hard to make, but it conveys their fluidity perfectly, and makes me smile every time I look at them.

A porcelain swimming otter decoration. Hand made and hand painted in high fired porcelain, this semi translucent Otter will delight the eye and cheer the soul! With a cheeky whiskery smile this charming otter will gambol about playfully and brighten your day. The prefect present for someone who loves otters, swimming or mustelids.
This same Otter is also available as a brooch, (see future listings), and despite its shape is very robust.
I post these in recyclable card board boxes and they are cushioned in recycled paper. I keep plastics to a bare minimum in my packaging.
