I really enjoy making these bags, I love knitting and crochet and its fun to match your project bag to your project, the time of year, or the feel or theme of your project.
I tend to use remnants of fabrics, I like to buy the end of a roll that's too short for anyone to make a garment from, saving it from being wasted and using it to make just a few project bags. That way you can be sure you won't see every other knitter with the same bag and I won't get bored with making them!

For the cat loving crafter these all cotton box bottom project bags feature the cutest cartoon cat faces in strong pastel shades.
I've chosen a strong pink contrast colour for the base, drawstring case and handle and a fun bright blue drawstring. The lining is natural cotton with tiny little flecks of browns and beiges. There are two nice roomy pockets for your bits and bobs and the bags themselves are nice and roomy.
The large comfortably holds 6 skeins of 4plyfingering weight yarn, the medium holds 4 and the small holds 2. I would say the large is good for sweater projects or shlankets, the medium for cropped sweaters or average size shawls and the small suits socks or hats.
The bag squishes down nicely when empty but the box bottom means it will sit nicely when in use.
The dimensions given here are approximate, they're handmade so may vary a little from bag to bag but not by enough to worry about. Please note I only have one of these left, so only the sock/one skein bag is available.
