At this time of year, the forest floor is a thick bed of leaves and, near any sycamore tree, an abundance of seeds.
For me, sycamore seeds signify the beginning of autumn and stir up childhood memories of seeds spinning down like helicopters from the branches.
I am delighted with how this pendant turned out; every detail of the sycamore seed is captured in gleaming silver.

Full description
This fine silver pendant was made from a single sycamore seed found in local woodland. It's highly polished so that the silver gleams brightly; every minute detail is clearly visible.
The pendant is handmade from silver clay. I created a 3D mould to capture every detail on both sides. Silver clay was then pressed into the mould before being dried, sanded, fired and polished.
Each pendant is handcrafted and unique, capturing a moment in nature for prosperity.
All pendants are attached by sterling silver jump ring to an 18 inch sterling silver chain.
Pendants are posted the same or next business day using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery (no signature required). FREE delivery.
Items are carefully and neatly packaged in eco-friendly, recyclable cardboard necklace boxes, protected by a larger, letterbox friendly box.
