I discovered that some of my stock of embroidery hoops were damaged, making them unsuitable for framing my textile art. I try to reuse things wherever possible. I have made several wreaths for myself and really enjoy the creative process.

Fox wreath made from a 6” embroidery hoop.
The Fabric fox ornament is made by printing my Lino cut onto fabric, he has then been embellished with paints, sewn onto layers of felt and gently filmed. He wears a hand knitted scarf. He is nestled amongst white Pom poms that have been glued onto an embroidery hoop that has been wrapped in felt, wool and gold coloured thread.
Two silver coloured bells are attached at the top along with a ribbon for hanging.
A truly unique Christmas wreath to treasure.
