Full description
Fine Silver pendant and chain. I have handmade this necklace using eco-friendly silver metal clay. I created a silicone mould of an ammonite I found on Whitby beach, used this to make a silver cast with the metal clay, refined and then kiln fired. The result is solid 999 fine silver. The cast ammonite is created and refined by hand, resulting in a bespoke one of a kind piece.

Silver metal clay is manufactured from 100% recycled scrap silver from medical, electronic, automotive and many other industries. What makes it a magical material to use is it's versatility and ease to texture and mould just like any other clay. After shaping, drying and firing the final result is solid hallmark quality silver.
