Goldwork is a traditional form of embroidery that uses different types of tiny thin wires to create different effects. Traditionally the wires were gold, but modern goldwork wires come in all the colours of the rainbow which is a lot of fun!
These super cute toadstools are hand stitched using a variety of goldwork wires, on to a coloured linen background. I have even hand stitched a little snail!!!!
Framed in a five inch hoop
Please note - due to the nature of goldwork, some of the wires may have slightly sharp edges, so please take care when handling.
Will arrive wrapped in tissue, ready to give as a gift, and will be accompanied by an Athena Makes care card
