Having made outside pet ramps and indoor sofa/bed ramps for many years I was contacted by a previous customer who had just had installed some patio doors, including a dog flap inset in the glass but it was too high for the little dog to use. I designed this type of ramp to give easy through access in/out of the house without the owner being present.
These ramps work vey well, and avoid the need to jump which can cause stress and strain on backs and joints and incur expensive vet fees.
Please realise this is a made to order item and the ideal turnaround time is 7 working days but can be up to 10 dependant on order demand.

Full description
This style of ramp is designed to span the lower threshold step and sit just below the door flap to allow easy through access for your dog/pet and avoid jumping helping to ease stress and strain on backs and joints, especially in elderly pets, those with little legs and post operative dogs.
The ramp pictured is 30cms H x 40cms W x 60cms Long base with an extended top platform of 8cms top span over the lower threshold step. the ramp incline has plenty of non-slip quartz stripping to prevent slipping. the finish on this ramp is painted grey to match to step colour, usual finish is mid-Oak stained.
This ramp can be made in all heights and widths to suit your situation.
A corresponding smaller ramp can be made for the inside if needed.
The ramp is strongly made and will take the weight of all breeds of dog.
Ramp construction is a mix of 18/28 mm thick approved timber.
Plenty of Non-Slip stripping to the ramp incline.
2x coats of 'Ronseal 'decking oil.
2x coats 'Ronseal' clear exterior varnish.
Quality materials and workmanship throughout.
This ramp has a starting build cost of £80.00 plus £18.00 shipping/pp to your postcode.
Collection is free from the workshop. (TN23 Kent)
