The Story Behind Our Blondies
After perfecting my chocolate brownies, I noticed that not everyone was a dark chocolate lover. Some of my customers were looking for something different - something equally indulgent but with a softer, more delicate flavour profile.
I was inspired by the idea of creating a treat that would give white chocolate the spotlight it deserves. So often, white chocolate is seen as chocolate's lesser cousin, but I knew it had the potential to be something spectacular when handled with care and paired with the right ingredients.
Through countless experiments in my kitchen, I discovered that white chocolate has its own unique personality. By carefully balancing it with vanilla and a hint of caramel from golden caster sugar, I could create something that wasn't just a "non-chocolate brownie" but a star in its own right.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.
