Full description
Fine Silver Sea Urchin Necklace & Earrings Set. I have handmade this set using eco-friendly silver metal clay and two sizes of sea urchin shells. I create moulds of the sea urchin shells which I then cast with lump clay. After firing in a kiln, the result is solid 999 fine silver. The shape and surface texture are individual to the shells I've used in the creation of these pieces, therefore creating my own bespoke design.

Silver metal clay is manufactured from 100% recycled scrap silver from medical, electronic, automotive and many other industries. What makes it a magical material to use is it's versatility and ease to texture and mould just like any other clay. After shaping, drying and firing the final result is solid hallmark quality silver.
