The pieces will be kiln fired and finished after the workshop by myself. All pieces will be delivered locally by hand or posted within 2 days of the workshop.
Shells will be provided but feel free to bring your own (max. size recommended is 2cm).
This workshop is suitable for all levels of abilities, no prior experience is needed.
The photos show examples of jewellery you could make during this workshop.
What is Metal Clay?
Silver metal clay is manufactured from 100% recycled scrap silver from medical, electronic, automotive and many other industries. The recycled fine particles of pure silver is combined with a non-toxic organic binder and water. What makes it a magical material to use is it's versatility and ease to texture and mould just like any other clay. After shaping, drying and firing the final result is solid hallmark quality silver.
