I was originally putting together "happiness challenge jars" with small tasks to encourage the reader to seek out the little joys in life (I'd been suffering with low mood myself & found that these ideas were helpful to me & wanted to share them with others) then I had the idea for inspirational quotes, as I'd come across several famous quotes while doing research for the happiness jars and found them inspiring and motivating, so I wanted to put the best ones together and share those as well

A beautifully decorated jar with over 60 quotes from famous and inspirational individuals, intended to empower and motivate you to become your best version of you.
As I created these jars, I was reading & rereading the quotes & I can confirm that (for me at least) the words were incredibly powerful; I felt motivated to push forward and transform my ideas into positive action. While I put together these jars, I started up a successful cleaning business from scratch and further down the line, those words stick with me and continue to inspire me to manifest smallseeds of thought into reality.
These jars are a perfect gift for friends, family, co workers etc, for any occasion, such as Christmas, new year (what a great way to welcome the new year in!), valentine's day, birthdays, graduation and retirement
