A nib is the part of a quill, dip pen or fountain pen which comes into contact with the writing surface in order to deposit ink
They are very lightweight, beautifully swing - with each movement of a head - You can wear them all day without discomfort (It is pretty important)
British Nibs - manufactured about 80 years ago - made of metal in bronze colour. Hooks are sterling Silver, oxidized and sanded.
They may be a perfect, not expensive but charming gift for any occasion calligraphy fan - an elegant way to telegraph her inner nerd..
