You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A bundle of four (4) A6-sized cards from two of my original digital illustrations - A Night in Deepest December and The Night the Northern Lights Danced on Christmas Eve.
Professionally printed onto A6-size 350GSM recycled card, each card measures 148 mm x 105 mm and comes with a recycled kraft envelope. The cards are blank inside for you to write your own message and they have my logo printed on the reverse.
Postage is free with this item. Your cards will be sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail in a hard-backed 'Do Not Bend' envelope to protect it. My cards come in a PLA biodegradable and compostable cello bag. PLA is a polymer made from plant starches and sugars.
