Thank you for taking a look at my brand new shop.
I will post all items FIRST CLASS, either as normal letters or large letters (depending on the thickness of the items). The only items that will not be posted First Class are my frames due to cost. I know the postage costs have gone up a lot in recent months but I hope it doesn't put you off.

I came up with the idea for the gift tags after I had been making my cards for some time. They complement the cards really well and appeal to people who like knitting and crafting. I like colours so have decided to make them in as many colours as possible!
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Unique handcrafted gift tag to match my some of my cards and perfect for anyone, especially knitters at Christmas
I knit the tiny jumper myself in red yarn and transfer it on my tiny hand-made needles. It then gets stuck onto a brown kraft gift tag and is finished with some red and white twine. A piece of white dots embossed card is also stuck onto the gift tag. The beads on the end of the tiny knitting needles might be red or white. if you have a preference, let me know.

NOTE ABOUT THE POSTAGE COSTS : Because of the materials they are made of, they cannot be posted as normal letters so the postage is the cost of a large letter. It will work out better to buy several of them or purchase them as an add on to one of my cards.
