All items are sent using Royal Mail - items under £20 via 2nd Class and over £20 using Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you want your jewellery quicker then there are options to upgrade your postage to Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Special Delivery provides peace of mind if you need your item quickly, delivering on the next working day. (Monday -Friday)
Just add this item to cart along with any jewellery you wish to purchase from my shop, and they will all be posted by Special Delivery.
Please note that should you return the item, your postage upgrade will not be eligible for a refund.
