Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Super unique and perfect for any gender, these are larger size, contemporary design birthdays cards are great for any age if someone has reached a milestone birthday.
With the greeting “AGE IS JUST A NO!” and Happy Birthday they are decorated with a white art paper full of numbers on a complementary colour card background.
The tags have the same image with a bright ribbon and are left blank on the reverse for your own message.
Each is stamped home made on the back, is blank inside for your own message and comes with a white envelope.

Postage will be in a card backed envelope if required for embellishments at no extra cost to yourself to protect the contents during transit.
Additional postage costs for multiple purchases will only apply if they exceed the standard large letter size and weight of the postage costs fixed by Royal Mail. The mail price stated should allow for several cards to be posted together.
As each card is individually hand cut please expect minor discrepancies in size and design and note that colours may appear slightly different on each monitor.
