THIS IS A PDF TUTORIAL

In this tutorial I will show you how to create a channel set ring. You will learn how to create the ring shank using an eternity ring style. We will then cover how to create the focal section, add an intricate accent stone setting, and set a focal stone. Also included is a basic version of my weave library as well tips and tricks, tools and materials list.

Wire work

- 700 cm (275”) of 0.3 mm (28 ga) wire

- 100 cm (39.4”) of 0.6 mm (22 ga) wire

- 100 cm (39.4”) of 0.8 mm (20 ga) half-round wire

- 100 cm (39.4”) of 0.8 mm (20 ga) square wire

Stones

- 1 x 6 mm round cut faceted gemstone (I have used an amethyst)

- 11 x 4 mm square or round cut faceted CZ or gemstones (I have used garnet)

Beads & findings

- 2 x 3 mm beads

Tools you will need (not included):

- Flush cutter

- Chain nose pliers

- Round nose pliers

- Bent nose pliers (optional)

- Hammer and steel block

- Polishing materials
