Full description

In this tutorial I will show you how to create a wind spinner star & base. We will begin by creating a double sided prong setting for our focal stone with a mix of various stone setting and weaving techniques. I will guide you through the main-frame creation and how to incorporate prongs into a weave. We will then create the ‘star’, shape the woven frame and set the crystals. To finish off we will create a spinner base to suspend from the star. I will show you how to create a hanging frame, and add loops to it, to allow the wind spinner or other object to be suspended at the base of it.
