Lidded jar glazed in ice blue.
The jar is 7.4 inches (19 cm) in diameter and 3.5 inches (9 cm) in height without the lid. This piece has been discounted due to some white speckling with the glaze on the inside of the jar.
This hand thrown stoneware jar is a functional piece to add a touch of handmade charm to your home. Crafted on the wheel using white stoneware clay if features a distinctive barrel shape with ridges near the top adding texture to the piece. The domed lid with small decorative knob sits securely on an internal rim edge on the body of the jar. Two small lug handles are also on the piece to help lift it since it has a wide shape. The jar has been dipped in a cool ice blue glaze with a glossy finish. The base is flat and stamped with the Little Wren Pottery Logo.
