Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A card and gift in one. Ideal as a small gift, secret Santa, Christmas Eve box or choose both to show your love for a couple. One could also be given to someone feeling the loss of a loved one at Christmas.
A hand cut felt Christmas decoration with a hand embroidered heart in metallic gold thread and 2 gold beads. Within the heart sits a cute hand crafted robin with coordinating gold ribbon for hanging.
Behind the decoration, the brightly coloured thick card is hand decorated with 2 glittery robins and hearts and the greeting “with love”
Inside the card, the ribbon is secured with a low tack tape. Easily removed leaving a stand alone beautiful card.
2 colour options. Each with a matching envelope.

Postage will be in a card backed envelope if required for embellishments at no extra cost to yourself to protect the contents during transit.
Additional postage costs for multiple purchases will only apply if they exceed the standard large letter size and weight of the postage costs fixed by Royal Mail.
As each card is individually hand cut please expect minor discrepancies in size and design and note that colours may appear slightly different on each monitor.
