Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Air plant are easy to care for plants, that come to life with our pottery shells. Jellyfish air plants have a distinctive design that will add that breath of fresh air(plant!) to any home or plant collection.
The air plants make perfect home decorations, ideal for your bathroom or any room with the right conditions. They just need a minimal amount of tender loving care, to stay vibrant and healthy. Each shell is hand-pinched before being bisque-fired, then individually illustrated and dipped in our own unique turquoise glaze. They are then fired and carefully hand-strung, creating these wonderful little hanging pots for our gorgeous air plants.
Buy 1 to keep you company or buy several to create a little ocean family. The price is for ONE jellyfish shell and air plant.
PLEASE NOTE: We take great care to ensure the air plant leaves us in top condition. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of air plants we will only be able to exchange or refund if the plant arrives damaged. Please notify us immediately if the plant has been damaged in transit, including images. The air plants can have natural browning on them which is not a sign of poor health. For information about your air plant's nature and specific care, please read our blogpost or refer to the leaflet provided in your order.
The jellyfish air plant comes boxed. If ordering as a gift that you are not giving for over a week, we recommend that you take the plant out of the box to care for it
