You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

All items being returned, must be returned its original packaging and item being returned must be in its unused, untarnished, unworn & original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please use tracked postal service only. Custom orders & commissions are not eligible for returns/exchanges or refunds. Any breakages within 6 months will be fixed or replaced. No refunds.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Among those who heal with gemstone's, picture jasper is used as a powerful grounding stone that helps connect to the earth. Some view this stone as a direct message from the Earth itself, for comfort, alleviating fear and bringing harmony.

Your item will arrive in a black box and ribbon as standard. If you would like one of my white logo gift boxes (see photo's) with a short message from you added, please buy this separately from my shop.
