I am always looking out for vintage fabrics that ‘speak tree’ colours, textures, patterns. This bundle of vintage silk was an amazing find from a specialty vintage Indian textile seller. They look amazing together, simple designs but so rich.

Full description
A fabulous trio of cotton reel trees. These are made with vintage Indian silk fabric, when I found the bundle it just spoke ‘tree’ to me. Such beautiful colours and stitch detail.
I’ve added leaf detail with free motion stitching, just enough I think.
They stand around 15-20cms tall.
