Full description
Fused glass pendants with a Poppy field scene for the background. This was made by fusing clear glass on opaline. Then, glass powders were added for the grass and sky. Followed by glass frits and stringers to represent the flowers and added details. Various coloured flowers were added in the background and then fully fused. These then had small glass elements added to form the flowers and foreground details and a little dichroic glass frit to give each piece a little lift. These were tack-fused to give each piece a 3D look. The finished pendant is 2cm x 5.5cm x 6mm and has a silver-plated bail and chain, which is 18 inches long. Due to the nature of fused glass, each piece is unique.
