I have stitched some pretty personalised heart tags which can be added to gifts, hung in your tree or added to Christmas stockings or tied around a napkin at the lunch table and can be used year after year.
The heart tag is free motion embroidered and is personalised with a name of your choice. Finished with a scalloped edge, hand cut felt leaves, a pom pom berry and some festive bakers' twine for fastening.
