You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A special skyline card for a retirement, or for someone leaving a workplace - with your choice of town or city, and personalised message underneath.
This would be a thoughtful good luck card, and will be a lasting momento for anyone embarking on the next chapter of their lives and moving away from a beloved town or city.
I drew each of the cityscapes myself, by hand, using pen and ink. I am in the process of expanding the range of skylines, but at present I am unable to take commissions for cities which I have not yet drawn. Please check the graphics in the photos for a full list of cities (there are a few available which are not listed on the dropdown) - if you'd like one that's on the graphics but not on the dropdown please specify this in the notes.

You can add up to three lines of text to the card.
Three sizes now available: small card is approx 148mm x 105mm when folded; large card is approx 210mm x 148mm when folded. The extra-large card is suitable for lots of people to sign, and measures 210mm x 297mm when folded.
Cards are printed on a smooth white recycled card, and are blank inside; the matt brown recycled envelope is slightly larger than the card. The extra-large card comes with a grey envelope.
