Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made entirely by hand using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
It is an abstract design which I have named Autumn Eyes as it is cut from autumnal colours and has the appearance of a mask of eyes, an owl for sure.
It is cut mainly from gorgeous red and red orange tones of glass with lots of texture which gives movement. The design is based on concentric circles and I have infilled a couple of pieces with precious dichroic glass which gives a super sparkle.
Am really pleased with this vibrant suncatcher. It hangs from a little silvery chain securely attached with solder to the top. It measures 18cm x 8cm.
I post this Royal Mail tracked 24. No postage is charged on additonal pieces in the same order.
