For this canvas I wanted to paint a simple background blending my Paynes Grey into white. Then I took some modelling paste and swiped it across opposite corners of my canvas. I used a wide tooth comb to create the textured lines. I then decided that a circular shape would add more interest to the lines so i gently pressed a sponge into the paste. I glued string forming a round shape to carry on the circle theme. Finally, I embellished each of the raised lined areas with copper and gold foil respectively and the circle with silver foil.

This is a stretched canvas measuring 42cmx30cm (16"x12") which is ready to hang with string and picture hooks included.
All paintings have a satin protective coating to prevent fading and sun damage.

Your painting will be lovingly wrapped in bubble wrap and kraft paper and tied with string.
A handle with care label will also be attached.
