Hello and welcome to my shop.
I've always loved making things and worked as a Graphic Designer for over twenty years. Nowadays I experiment with fabric, paints, embroidery, beads and collage. I particularly enjoy combining different materials and patterns to create colourful, unique mixed media pieces.

This pretty A5 sketchbook would make a lovely gift for a creative friend or anyone interested in Egyptian art.
I've decorated the front cover with a vintage playing card and echoed the patterns and colours in the image by creating a mosaic border using small sections of papers from old books. The playing card shows an Egyptian pharaoh with the god Horus, represented as a falcon.
The sketchbook is good quality and contains 80 plain white pages of 110gsm stock.
I've made a matching tag and added a pretty ceramic bead to the string.
The item will be sent Royal Mail second class large letter.
