Peace jade is not actually jade at all, but a mixture of green serpentine, white quartz and sometimes lavender stitchtite.
The name comes from Jade green colouring and the belief that the stone, and the colour green, brings peace and tranquility.
Stars are a symbol of light, hope, divine guidance and wisdom.
In ancient times a five-pointed star represented the five elements of air, fire, earth, water and spirit, and symbolised harmony.

Full description
Sweet, sparkly earrings featuring 6mm stars of Hematite and Jade, a 4mm Peace Jade bead, and a pair of high quality Austrian crystals in the colours 'jonquil' and 'peridot'.
The stars are highlighted with tiny 2mm copper spacers.
The beads are threaded onto copper pins and hung from copper ear-wires.
These earrings measure approximately 1.25 inches (3cm) excluding the wires.
Your earrings will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a small organza gift bag.
