Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A set of 2 cards, either is sure to delight its recipient.
These cute gingerbread persons have been hand embroidered and sit on a thick brown card, which has then been mounted onto a quality deep red thick background card with felt in between so the main features sit proud of the base card.
One proudly wears a spotty red bow tie. The other a pretty red checked hair bow.
Each card is left blank inside for your own message and is stamped on the back as home made in a shimmery ink.

Each card comes with a matching red envelope.
Postage will be in a card backed envelope at no extra cost to yourself to protect the contents during transit.
Additional postage costs for multiple purchases will only apply if they exceed the standard large letter size and weight of the postage costs fixed by Royal Mail.
As each card is individually hand cut please expect minor discrepancies in size and design and note that colours may appear slightly different on each monitor.
