We are lucky enough to have shrews living in our garden, they are always on the hunt for food and can be heard by their tiny squeaks in the undergrowth, sometimes we will catch a glimpse of them scurrying around.

Needle felted shrew with his acorn cup of worm tea!
This chunky little fellow is Needle felted from local sheep wool and Corriedale wool over a wire armature. He has glass eyes and his hands, feet and nose are sculptured from wool and beeswax!
He is enjoying a cup of worm tea which is acorn cap filled with resin.
He has a waxed string strap adorned with his treasures, a feather, acorn cap of dried statice flowers and a little shell.
He measures approximately 11cm tall (‘bottom to the top of head)
10 cm wide (‘tip of his tail to the front of his toes)
PLEASE NOTE: As with all of my items this item is not a toy and is intended as a collectible decoration, it must be kept out of the reach of children, babies and pets due to small parts.
