This little cottage is based on a cottage I could see on top of the South Downs from my bedroom window as a child. It was such a peaceful scene from my childhood, that has stayed with me and I wanted to share with you.

Full description
This framed textile piece depicts a rural landscape, with a white cottage sitting on a hill, overlooking rolling fields. It has been created using a variety of freemotion sewn fabrics, including lace. And is finished with tiny buttons.
