Full description

Needle felted little owl and snowy tor scene circular brooch.

I have created this felted brooch using local sheep wool and New Zealand wool. Embellished with small white seed beads for the stars and hand embroidered grass in the foreground.

The owl’s details have been achieved by pigment tinting.

The brooch has a slight 3d effect with a safety clasp pin on the back securely attached. The back has had a hardener applied to keep check of any stray fibres.

Measures approximately: 7cm across.

All my pieces are handmade individually by me in my studio.
