The Northern Lights always fascinate me, nature’s light show is amazing. Here in the UK we have been lucky enough to see them recently and yet despite visits to Scandinavia, I have yet to see them in action, but long for the night I do. In the meantime I dream and create an inspired version within my art, often coupled with snow, mountains and woodlands.
With Christmas on the horizon, I thought this painting called "The Party" would make a lovely greetings card.

Full description
This card is a print of my painting "The Party" which captures the notion of the party season within a winter scene. Snow dusted trees silhouette the aurora borealis which lights up the sky and puts on a show for its audience. The textured-looking snow picks up the colours from the night sky.
Within the 15cm square card is blank ready for you to write in. The card itself comes with an envelope. The card and envelope are protected from marks by a plastic film.
This would make a lovely festive greetings card which once finished with could be recycled or given new life as a keepsake print - all you need is a mount/frame which are readily available to buy from various outlets.
