All items are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class post within 1-5 days of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please allow up to 10 business days as delays can sometimes happen..
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Halloween Ghost Pumpkin Felt Treat Bags Personalised Gift
These adorable Halloween Treat Bags are just the thing to pop some little sweet treats in for Trick or Treating with your children or grandchildren. Each one can be personalised with a small Name Tag which means they can be used year after year. (Please add name to message box below)

Ghost or Pumpkin
Handcrafted from a wool blend felt with a sparkly PVC window. Hand finished and a satin ribbon added with optional Name Tag, for tying closed.

Small – approx 4" Tall – £5
Medium – approx 5" Tall – £6
Large – approx 6" Tall – £7
They each hold a decent amount of sweets.(sweets not included)
Please Note - All items are made to order to allow for personalisation so please allow up to 5 days for shipping. However some items are posted within 1-3 days depending on complexity and quantity of orders received.
