My art is inspired by my love for animals and nature. In this instance it features the fox which is one of my favourite creatures and one which I'm fortunate enough to have seen on numerous occasions near my home (albeit not pink!) The colours I've used are inspired by the cherry blossom, a flower which I have always loved

"Sakura Fox"
Created using Faber Castell Polychromos coloured pencils and black fine liner ink, this hand drawn image features a pink and white fox, gracefully sitting among cherry blossoms. The fox is outlined with black fine liner ink adding definition to the soft coloured pencil shading. A large moon forms the backdrop surrounded by a purple sky. The cherry blossoms symbolizing the fleeting beauty of nature, sit behind the fox, blending Japanese elements with my love for foxes
The drawing measures 11.7cm wide and 16.3cm long. With the cardboard frame and mount included this measures around 17.7cm wide x 22.8cm long (9x7 inches)
It is fastened to the cardboard frame with washi tape and the back of the picture is signed and dated
Ready to be framed, this picture will make a beautiful addition to any room in your home and also make a perfect gift for a friend or loved one
The picture will be sent with corner protectors and in a glassine bag with cardboard packaging to ensure its safe arrival. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 24
