Full description
Very textured sterling silver earrings inspired by the gorgeous moss and lichen of my surroundings.This is achieved by heating up a scrap silver with added nuggets and silver dust to create the texture. I have oxidised the pieces to accentuate these textures and this is preserved with penetrating, preserving wax
Large freshwater pearls dangle from these , like a drop of rainwater. They move about freely.
The dangle is 45mm/ 1.75 inches from the top of the silver piece and they are fastened to the ear, so they sit neatly on the earlobe, at a slight angle , with a sterling silver ear post and scroll back fastening.
All silver is eco sourced from a UK supplier.
Posted in a recycled cardboard gift box; tied with raffia ribbon; ready to be gifted and posted in plastic free packaging .
