Wire-wrapped natural Aventurine tumble stone with silver plated snake chain.
Hand-made in Ireland.
Aventurine is a quartz crystal with a translucent quality and mineral inclusions which can give it a shimmering effect. The name comes from the Italian 'a ventura' meaning 'by chance' and it is known as the stone of opportunity. It belongs to the same crystal family as amethyst and citrine.
Tumble stones are natural crystals which have been smoothed and rounded in a rock tumbler with sand or grit to aid the process.
It is closely associated with the heart chakra and promotes balance and harmony, abundance and joy.
It is also associated with the Zodiac star signs Aries, Cancer and Leo.
Wire-wrapped using silver plated copper jewellery wire with a tarnish resistant coating.
Tumble stone dimensions: length 2.2cm, width at the widest part 1.5cm (approximate).
Silver plated snake chain with 925 sterling silver stamped lobster clasp in 3 length options at no additional cost.
