I am only accepting orders from customers in England, Scotland and Wales at the moment, as the GPSR for EU and NI comes into effect. For UK customers (exc NI) I offer free postage as standard, using Royal Mail 2nd Class and I always try to get your order in the post within 24 hours of it being made.
I've added postage upgrades to some of my more popular Christmas items, so you can choose to pay to have your item posted with Royal Mail Tracked 24, or Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you'd like to buy an item that doesn't have this option and you want to get it faster, just drop me a message before you buy and I can add this to the item.
I really enjoyed creating my last collection featuring the coastal birds of North Northumberland and wanted to design a more playful set of illustrations that could be used at Christmas. These playful Christmas cards feature some of the birds from my Coastal Birds collection, including a puffin, eider duck and arctic tern - alongside some new additions (herring gull and gannet). I gave all of the birds some sort of festive extra, either them carrying a gift or wearing a party hat and clearly they're all of their way to meet the herring gull underneath the Christmas tree! I always enjoy a good greeting card pun, so I included some classics on these cards, including 'Eider Rather Spend Christmas with You', 'Sea-son's Greetings', 'Peck the Halls' and 'Merry Puffin Christmas'.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Come to my coastal Christmas party - everyone's invited! This jolly selection of festive coastal birds will bring a touch of playful charm to your Christmas greetings this year. Each one in this pack of x4 Christmas cards features a hand-drawn illustration of one or more coastal birds complete with festive gifts and party hats in a fresh, modern colour palette of pale turquoise, pinks and blues.
The birds include a puffin, eider duck, herring gull, arctic tern and a gannet to match my Come to the Party Luxury Eco Gift Wrap.
Each large square card (148x148mm) is printed onto recycled card (350gsm) and comes with a recycled kraft envelope. Printed inside with the message 'Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!'
Because these items don't have any coatings or foiling they are easy to recycle with your normal paper waste.
