I had some pieces of tartan in wool and some grey tweed which were the ideal size for this kind of bag. I always add some embroidery or slowstitching as this makes my work totally unique. No two pieces are ever the same. I thought the beads complimented the tartan very well.

Full description
A crossbody bag made from red tartan wool and and the back is in grey tweed. It is lined with upcycled cotton fabric. The strap is made from wool and machine embroidered. I have used two wooden beads and wrap around red tape for the closure. There is also handstitched embroidery on both the front and back of the bag. It is big enough to hold a mobile phone.
