Creating something that's unique, and finding a niche, is paramount for an artist. I decided to try this idea, embroidering abstract watercolour or mixed media prints on suitable paper. And besides, it's fun to do.

Full description

5x5ins / 12.5x12.5cms. Blank inside for your own message.

The base artwork is a mixed media abstract. PVC glue was swirled around on art paper. When it was dried, it was lightly rubbed over with soft pastel, then brushed carefully with water. It was just an experiment, but I've eventually found a use for it! I'm rather fond of blue, particularly the blues in this painting.
