Full description
Hand cut and sewn
Each garland is 1.5 metres in length and consists of seven three layer quilted witches hats with contrasting black and purple material. The edges are cut with special scissors to give a zig zag effect, then the hats are hand sewn to good quality bias binding and finished with button detail.
