Full description
Approx 1.5 metres in length, each hand cut and sewn garland consists of seven three layer quilted witches hats with back and orange ‘ghost’ patterned material. Each hat has a contrasting felt hat band, is hand sewn to quality bias binding, and finished with a button detail.
